چکیده
متاورس بازار جدیدی است که پلتفرمهای دیجیتال در آن فعالیت میکنند. این بازار برای شکوفایی، نیازمند رقابت بین پلتفرمهای موجود در آن و فراهم بودن شرایط برای ورود رقبای جدید است. در بازار متاورس، سوءاستفاده بنگاهها از وضعیت اقتصادی مسلط امری محتمل است. احراز این رفتار یکجانبه که از مصادیق رویههای ضدرقابتی است، مستلزم بررسی قدرت بازار پلتفرمها است. نتایج این مقاله که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، با هدف بررسی نحوه اثرگذاری ویژگیهای متاورس بر تحلیل ضدانحصار قدرت بازار نگاشته شده است نشان میدهد ویژگیهای متاورس، بهعنوان یک بازار دیجیتال، قدرت بازار را بهگونهای تحت تأثیر قرار میدهند که موجب تفاوت آن از قدرت بازار در فضای سنتی کسب و کار میشود و باید در تحلیل ضدانحصار رفتار بنگاههای متاورس مورد توجه قرار گیرد. ویژگیهای مؤثر بر قدرت بازار در متاورس عبارتند از تأثیرات شبکهای، مبتنی بودن بر دادهها، مزیت مقیاس، دو یا چند طرفه بودن بازار و وجود زیستبومهای دیجیتال. این ویژگیها بنگاههای مسلط را از چنان قدرت بازاری برخوردار میکند که میتوانند بازار را انحصاری کنند و مانع ورود رقبای جدید شوند.
