بررسی مکانیزم تعیین و بازنگری قیمت در قراردادهای خرید و فروش ال ان جی

چکیده

از قراردادهای رایج در صنعت گاز قراردادهای خرید و فروش ال ان جی بوده و از مسائل مهم آن به دلیل طولانی مدت بودن، تعیین قیمت و بازنگری در آن می باشد. این مقاله به بررسی رابطه میان تحول نظام تعیین قیمت با شرط بازنگری، ارزیابی تأثیر تحولات جهانی همچون آزادسازی، بیماری همه گیر و جنگ، بر این بازار می پردازد.
نویسنده از آخرین مقالات و کتب برای تحقیق در این موضوع استفاده نموده و بدین شکل با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مشخص گردید:
این قراردادها به شکل سنتی بلند مدت بوده و تعیین قیمت نیز به صورت مقطوع، بر مبنای نفت، گاز و ترکیبی از نفت و گاز، بوده و روش رقابت گاز با گاز منعکس کننده واقعیات بازار می باشد. با تغییر در شیوه قیمت گذاری از نفت به گاز و ایجاد موجی از بازنگری مشخص گردید این امر بر بازنگری در قیمت تأثیر گذاشته و تحولات اخیر نیز بازار را به صورت افزایش یا کاهش در تقاضا، متحول ساخته و بر قیمت ها، میزان تولید و سرمایه گذاری اثر می گذارد.
